Your Montessori Terms & Conditions

At Your Montessori, we like to keep things as simple as possible for our parents. Our fees are therefore all-inclusive. This means parents do not need to pay for anything else on top of their standard monthly sessions. Fees include nappies, wipes, milk, freshly made food and all extra curricular activities. 

 

We are closed on weekends, bank holidays and for a short period over the Christmas and New Year festive period every year. Exact dates for this closure are released to parents every year.

 

Our fees are therefore annualised and then divided by twelve, which means parents pay them the same amount every month, by standing order on the first of every month.

 

We accept childcare vouchers, payments through the Government Tax-Free Childcare scheme and Government funding for those entitled to 15 and 30 hours free childcare.

 

In the event of the nursery had to close because of events beyond our control (severe weather, national emergencies, mandatory shut down etc), fees will still be payable, however, management will review each episode accordingly to determine if reductions apply.

 

When the time comes for your child to leave Your Montessori, we require one month’s notice in writing
