GOVERNMENT FUNDING AND FEES
At Your Montessori Preschool and Day Nursery, we understand that navigating childcare fees and government funding can sometimes feel confusing. Our aim is to make the process as simple and transparent as possible, while providing a fully inclusive, high-quality childcare experience for every family.
Our Inclusive Fee Structure
We operate a fully inclusive package designed to provide flexibility and clarity for parents.
Our nursery is open 7:30am – 6:30pm, 51 weeks of the year, and our fees cover the entire opening period. This means there are no additional charges if you need to drop your child off at 7:30am or collect them later in the day at 6:30pm.
By including the full day within our standard fees, we ensure families can plan their childcare without worrying about extra hourly costs.
Government Childcare Funding
There are several government funding options available for children between the ages of 9 months and 4 years, depending on household income and eligibility.

To support families with budgeting, we stretch government funding across 51 weeks of the year. This means parents benefit from consistent monthly payments, rather than paying lower fees during the standard 38 funded weeks and higher fees for the remaining weeks of the year.
Consumables Contribution
While government funding provides significant financial support for families, it is important to understand that the funding rate received by nurseries does not fully cover the cost of delivering childcare.
For families using funded hours, we therefore request a voluntary contribution towards consumables, which helps cover items used throughout the day such as materials and resources that support your child’s learning and care.

Payment Options
To make payments as convenient as possible, we accept several different methods:

Childcare Vouchers – We are registered with the majority of workplace voucher schemes and are happy to register with additional providers if required.

Government Tax-Free Childcare (TFC) – Simply provide your Tax-Free Childcare number when registering with us.
